Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website and services.

Services

We provide professional dog walking services as described on our website. The specific services available, their prices, and availability may change from time to time. We will always confirm the details of your booking before any service is provided.

Dog Behaviour & Safety

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your dog's behaviour, health, and any known issues including reactivity, aggression, or anxiety. Failure to disclose behavioural concerns may result in termination of services. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue walking any dog that poses a safety risk to other dogs, people, or our walkers.

Key Holding & Access

Where we hold keys to your property for dog collection, we accept responsibility for their safekeeping. Keys are stored securely and are never labelled with your address. In the event of lost keys, we will notify you immediately and cover the cost of replacement locks.

Group Walks

Group walks involve your dog interacting with other dogs. By booking a group walk, you confirm that your dog is socially compatible with other dogs. Dogs that display aggressive or dangerous behaviour during group walks may be moved to solo walks at the walker's discretion.

Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. Once confirmed, we will send you a confirmation via email and/or SMS. Cancellation policies apply as follows:

  • 48+ hours before the walk — full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before the walk — 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours — no refund.
  • No-show — no refund.

Weekly package walks can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Missed walks without notice are forfeited. To cancel a weekly package entirely, please give us 2 weeks notice.

Bad Weather

We walk in all reasonable weather conditions. In the event of severe weather warnings (storms, extreme heat, ice), we may reschedule walks for your dog's safety. Rescheduled walks due to severe weather will not incur cancellation fees.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your dog.
  • Informing us of any health conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements your dog may have.
  • Ensuring your dog's vaccinations and flea/worm treatments are up to date.
  • Providing a secure, well-fitting collar/harness and lead.
  • Ensuring safe access to your property for dog collection.

Liability

We carry £5 million public liability insurance. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dog whilst in our care. However, we cannot accept liability for any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries arising from your dog's own behaviour, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
